Monthly plans

No refunds on monthly plans. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Annual plans

Refunds on annual plans are prorated. Email ben@heyblg.com within 14 days of your renewal for a full refund minus any month already consumed.

Disputed charges

Email ben@heyblg.com before opening a Stripe dispute. We resolve most issues within 48 hours.
